Drop Shipping Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

By utilizing our Drop Shipping service, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions, which also constitute a Drop Shipping agreement between JM Wholesale (the supplier) and you (the reseller).

Our Drop Shipping delivery policy and return policy are integral parts of these terms and conditions.

In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, JM Wholesale reserves the right to terminate all services immediately.

All listed prices on the site are net prices, with VAT added at checkout.

We do not enforce Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) for any of our products, and the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) listed on Inventory Source may be disregarded. You are solely responsible for pricing the products on your platform in accordance with the manufacturer's RRPs.

We request that customers refrain from selling products at significantly lower prices than the generally accepted RRPs. We advise utilizing your experience and judgment when pricing products.

When listing our products on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, please adhere to their regulations. We are not liable for any actions taken by these marketplaces regarding your seller accounts and listings.

Orders:

Only registered Drop Shipping subscribers may access this website and place Drop Shipping orders.

For customers on the premium plan, orders and information are received automatically. Upon receipt, a direct checkout link will be sent to complete payment. Payment is required for each order before shipment to your customer.

Large wholesale or non-dropshipping orders must be placed on our Wholesale trade website and may be subject to cancellation at JM Wholesale's discretion.

Due to stock integration with multiple platforms, non-dropshipping orders (i.e., orders not placed on your website) may encounter stock issues. We do not recommend placing such orders through the Drop Shipping website and are not liable for any related issues.

We do not conduct business with or ship to countries with restricted or sanctioned status. If a chosen destination is not available in our shipping options, we do not supply goods to that country.

JM Wholesale reserves the right to terminate orders and shipments at any time, with or without notice.

We do not offer age verification shipping services. As a dropshipper, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate mechanisms in place on your platform to verify the age of your customers, particularly for products that are subject to age restrictions.

Support and Integration:

Inventory Source is our Drop Shipping partner, providing all integration and technical support. For any integration or technical issues, please contact Inventory Source directly via the help section on your dashboard.

For inquiries related to subscription, billing, sales, or general business matters, contact our business support team at 0116 273 1706 (option 4) or email dropshipping@jm-wholesale.co.uk.

Each member is identified by their registered email address, which must be the same for both payment subscription and Inventory Source. Accounts will be automatically cancelled if a new or alternative email is used on Inventory Source. To change your email address, contact us first to update it. Accounts with new email addresses will be deleted without prior notice.

Despite utilizing industry-leading technology to sync stock, inventory level issues may occasionally arise. For example, concurrent sales by two sellers may lead to an item showing as out of stock. Due to the complexity of inventory integration across multiple platforms, stock issues are sometimes inevitable, particularly for users of the Basic or Standard plan. In such cases, we will collaborate with you and your buyer to reach a satisfactory resolution.

JM Wholesale is not liable for any loss of sales due to Inventory Source integration issues. As a third-party trade platform based on their services, integration problems must be resolved directly with them.

Online Content:

JM Wholesale is not liable for the content featured on your website.

The product listing information provided via Inventory Source integration is intended as a placeholder only. All written content should be reviewed and edited to meet your specific requirements.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your Drop Shipping subscription at any time by sending a cancellation request to dropshipping@jm-wholesale.co.uk. We will process the cancellation for you.

Cancellations must be requested via email only; we do not process cancellations over the phone.

We cannot refund any subscription payments made prior to your official cancellation request.

Cancellation of your Drop Shipping subscription will result in immediate suspension of your website access.

Upon cancellation, products connected to your website via Inventory Source will be automatically deleted.

JM Wholesale reserves the right to close Drop Shipping accounts at our discretion, without notice.
