All of our orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse and fulfilment centre in Leicester, UK.
We have a dedicated Drop Shipping postage and packaging department who are committed to getting the items shipped out to your buyers as quickly and as securely as possible.

All of our shipping options are weight based.
You are not required to display or use all of the shipping options on your website. You can pick and choose options that you prefer.
We aim to get all orders placed before 3pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), however this is not always possible. Therefore, for drop shipping orders, we would ask you to add 1 extra processing day onto the listed delivery durations.
Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed.
Our orders are fulfilled using a variety of 3rd party couriers, depending on size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, the parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail.
In the unlikely event that your buyer has not received the parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
The delivery duration applies only after the payment has been made, as opposed to when the order was placed or created.
In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the 3rd party courier. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier's investigation as final.
International Shipping Rates & Customs Policies:
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Please note that due to product restrictions related to vape and CBD items, certain countries may not permit the import of specific products. A full list of restricted products by country is available [here].
If your selected destination is unavailable at checkout, it indicates that one or more items in your cart cannot be shipped to that country, or the destination itself has restrictions on UK imports.

International orders over 2KG will be classed as over-sized and rates will be calculated by DHL Express based on individual destination.
Taxes, Customs, and Responsibilities:
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you, as the dropshipper, are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs fees in the destination country. We cannot issue refunds for shipping costs on orders that fail due to customs clearance issues.
We strongly recommend that you review the import regulations of the destination country, especially for vape and CBD products, before placing an order. Some products may require special licenses or permits for import. We are not liable for any losses resulting from shipments that are rejected or confiscated by local customs.
Age Restricted Products
We do not offer age verification shipping services. As a dropshipper, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate mechanisms in place on your platform to verify the age of your customers, particularly for products that are subject to age restrictions.
